#neonsignred Photoshop project. In this project first select a background and add hue saturation and contrast. Than add Text you want. Go-to layer properties add inner glow, outer glow some Shadows . Next select a Shape you want to add in with text. Than copy effects of text and paste in shape. Than make some boundary of text around the shape and here we go.
